What to expect
A Startup Social hosted by Spark Coworking and the Novella Center for Entrepreneurship that mixes education, pitches and networking. A panel of expert panelists covers how to invest in a startup without a fund, including what investors look for in early-stage companies and how investment decisions are made. Selected founders from the Novella Center then pitch their ventures, and every attendee receives Spark Bucks, a mock investment currency, to allocate among the startups.
