What it offers founders
Industrious sells several workspace formats. Coworking memberships include 24/7 access at a home location, shared desks, phone booths, lounges, three complimentary meeting room hours per month, two guest passes per month, mail and package handling, printing, Wi-Fi, daily breakfast and coffee, on terms from 1 to 36 months. A paid Global Access add-on extends access to other locations. Day passes cover desk and lounge access during business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no commitment. Private offices and team suites serve growing teams, and meeting rooms can be booked by the hour or day.
The Virtual Membership provides a business address at an Industrious location, usable for business registration and correspondence, with staff holding mail and packages for pickup. One membership covers up to three businesses. It does not include mail forwarding, phone answering or ongoing coworking access.
Membership and pricing
Industrious does not publish prices on its DC or membership pages, so founders should request a quote. Compare options on the coworking and day pass page, book space through meeting rooms, or start from the Washington, DC locations page. The Industrious app on iOS and Android handles bookings and support for members.
Why it matters in the DMV ecosystem
For founders moving past home offices and coffee shops, Industrious offers a range of commitment levels in the District, from a single day pass to a multi-year private office. The spread of locations lets a team pick a neighborhood near its customers, investors or talent. The virtual membership is a practical option for founders who need a professional DC address for registration without leasing space.
