What to expect

This morning program from the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Space Community of Interest examines the growing threats to satellites and space systems, including counterspace weapons, GPS jamming, cyberattacks on ground systems and supply chain vulnerabilities. NVTC frames resilience in space as a business, cybersecurity and national security imperative.

Agenda

  • Threat picture: an unclassified look at kinetic, radio frequency and cyber threats.
  • Commercial space domain awareness: how commercial tools help operators see and respond to activity in orbit.
  • Operational resilience: approaches to hardening constellations, ground networks, communications and supply chains.

Speakers have not been published on the event page.

Who should attend

NVTC lists mission customers, commercial aerospace providers, operators, suppliers, investors, educators, employees and state and local governments. It is a good fit for founders building space, cybersecurity or supply chain products who want to understand what operators and government customers are worried about.
